I made this quilt for my Dads 50th birthday.  My maiden name is wolf and it seemed like a good fit!  The wolfs I cut out piece by piece and appliqued on as well as the paw prints.

This is the finished project.

This is the wolf that is in the center of the quilt, the white is one solid layer, and the grey in another layer that I had to draw and cut out to lay on top, and then applique

I made this deer blanket for my sons 4th birthday!
It is one of my most recent works.

This is the blanket without the border ready to be pinned and stitched

This is the deer I cut out and spray bonded on.  I attached it just like you would an applique

These scenes run along the top and bottom of the deer center.  I absolutely love this scene, it is also appliqued.

And of course my son seeing his blanket for the first time.  The greatest part of being able to make these quilts is the appreciation and excitement on my loved ones faces!
